1. Booking & Deposit

To secure a spot on an Expedition, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the start date.

2. Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before trip: Full refund minus deposit.
• 15-29 days before trip: 50% refund.
• 0-14 days before trip: No refund.
  

3. Travel Insurance

Mandatory. You must have valid travel insurance covering medical evacuation, high-altitude trekking (up to 4000m), and repatriation.

4. Itinerary Changes

Central Asia is unpredictable. Roads wash out, borders close. We reserve the right to alter the itinerary for safety reasons. We will always provide an alternative of equal value.

5. Liability

We are not liable for flight delays, lost luggage, or political unrest. You travel at your own risk.
