We initially booked a private day tour with Artem and Bogdan for the Big Almaty Lake + Aiyusay Waterfall then decided to go with them for a 2-day tour for the Charyn Canyon, Moon Canyon, Kolsay Lake, and Kaindy Lake adventure. It turned out to be one of the best decisions of our trip! From the very start, Artem and Bogdan were warm, playful, and genuinely easy to be around. They made long drives feel light with their humor, stories, and good energy, but at the same time, they were very professional and extremely helpful. They took care of everything, from guiding us safely through the trails to making sure we were comfortable, well-informed, and having the best experience in every spot. They knew the best viewpoints and they never made us feel rushed. You can tell they truly love what they do, and that passion reflects in the way they treat their guests. Our lodge for the night was also a wonderful surprise, cozy, clean, and comfortable, with hosts who welcomed us like family. After a full day of exploring, it felt like the perfect place to rest and recharge. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re visiting Kazakhstan and want a stress-free, memorable, and fun adventure, we highly recommend finding Artem and Bogdan. Good guys with good hearts, and they made our trip truly unforgettable.

Our 3 days private chartered tour in Almaty, Kazakhstan was fantastic!!! Thanks to our professional tour guide and driver, Artem and Bogdan. It was such a pleasure to meet them. They were knowledgeable, very respectful and helpful with planning the trip. We were able to see the best sceneries of Almaty and have tried if not all, I think almost all of the local dishes in the best restaurants recommended to us. Unfortunately, due to an accident there were road closures so, we skipped a few on our list but alternatives were offered. Giving us a reason to come back to Kazakhstan soon 😊 Overall the journey was enjoyable and comfortable. Thank you for keeping us safe ❤️ Very efficient. Quality service. I had an unforgettable 3-day camping trip in Kazakhstan, starting from Almaty, with Bogdan and his brother as my guides. They went above and beyond to make the experience special — preparing a spacious, comfortable tent for me and cooking delicious BBQ dinners under the stars. We camped in the breathtaking Charyn Canyon and by the beautiful Kolsai Lake, and they were with me every step of the way, making sure I was safe, comfortable, and enjoying myself. Their sense of humor made the trip so much fun, and their excellent English made it easy to learn about the local culture, history, and people. One of the highlights was when they took me to a secret lake with no tourists — a true hidden gem where I captured stunning photos and drone footage. Bogdan and his brother Artem are not just professional guides; they are friendly, caring, and passionate about showing their guests the beauty of Kazakhstan (and even Kyrgyzstan). If you’re planning to explore Almaty or beyond, I can’t recommend them enough!

Had an amazing 8 day tour around Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan with Bogdan and Artem. As a solo-female traveler who is only 18, one of my top priorities was safety and they did a great job at making me comfortable. They felt like older brothers and always made sure I was well taken care of. Being vegetarian, I thought finding good food in these countries would be difficult, but I was always fed (maybe too much) and they would even go back and forth with the servers at restaurants to figure out something for me to eat, even if it was not on the menu. Looking back, it is not just the tour itself I remember, but their humor and good company. I walked away from the trip with a lot of inside jokes, a lot of apricots eaten, and the phrase "sleep 5 minutes." No explanation there, you'll see for yourself! Bogdan is such a cool guy with a lot to talk about. I loved our deep talks about life and our shared mindset. Artem is super chill and never complained about driving 6+ hours at once. I'd recommend these two if you're not looking for boring, typical tour guides - they feel like family by the end and saying goodbye will be hard! Even though Bogdan did not support my energy drink habit, I appreciate the new love for tea he gave me. Can't get behind the horse milk though..... but I still recommend you try it for the experience! To Bogdan and Artem: sorry this review wasn't 400 pages like I promised, but you guys were the best way to end a month of traveling. Perfect balance of chill time and activities and your patience with me was so appreciated. I will never forget all the stories you shared :) Thank you so much - I hope to come back!!!

It was an amazing week spent with Bogdan and Artem who felt like our brothers from across the continent! We got along so well and the fun that we experienced was magnified 10x because of their warmth and friendliness. Big bro Artem drove very well despite challenging terrains, was very gentlemanly and caring (always buying us the best local fruits and snacks along the way!) and consistently provided top notch care. Younger bro Bogdan brought true good vibes to the party. He was endearingly genuine, making the friendship come alive through solid conversations over campfires, fun kazak card games and shared moments under the vast steppe sky. He was also always ready to lend a hand and made us feel at ease from the very beginning. With them, we didn’t simply witness the stunning beauty of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. Instead, we were invited into the heart of their world and we caught glimpses into their lives as locals. 10/10 would recommend, especially if you’re looking for an experiential journey and not simply sight seeing. Everything was perfectly organized, following our requests and needs....and even more. We were able to experience Kazakhstan visiting not only the touristic attractions but also the places known only by locals. They were always available to fulfill our requests but their ability to involve everybody in every experience and activity made this trip a truly memorable family and life experience. Travelling with 3 adolescents we were worried to not be able to entertain them and have them interested in the country we were about to discover. With Bogdan and Artem this was never the case.
