The walking is easy, but the day is rated moderate because of the rough 4x4 road and the altitude at 2,500 metres. No trekking skills needed, just warm clothes and a tolerance for bumpy tracks.

In summer, very likely. The plateau is traditional summer pasture, so families bring their animals up and live in camps. It is genuine pastoral life, and with respect you are usually welcome to say hello.
